My husband filed for I-360 and he got almost two pages of RFE (about 30 altogether) Our immigration lawyer is no good. He just submits whatever we give him. He did not check for the completeness of the appplication. He did not tell us what is missing or what else we are supposed to submit. We could never reach him on the phone and he never returns calls if we left a voicemail.
Now my husband would like to file for his R1 visa extension. I just wanted to know can we change the lawyer at this time for the R1 visa processing? Will it affect the I360 processing? Your response is greatly appreciated.
