I'm employed by employer A and applied for LC thru A.
Now, I have a chance to join employer B with an approved LC and go further with the process.
My question - If B has an approved LC can they bring me on board on H1 transfer and use the approved LC for me.
2. What shall I check with B to confirm they have an approved LC.
3. If I join B then the LC applied, regular process, thru A have to be withdrawn?
Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.
