Do we have to inform INS after changing the job ??
If yes, which form ..? do we have to go through lawyer ?

As far as I know there are no guidelines from BCIS indicating that one must inform them of any job change. However lawyers insist that any material change must be reported to BCIS and charge a couple of grand for the AC21 project.
On the other hand if BCIS sends emplyment verification RFE after you changed jobs then there is no escaping the expenditure because at that time AC21 is the only thing that can come to your rescue.

Hi Friends,

I talked to my lawyer when I was to change jobs after completion of , 180 days of 485 filing. He suggested that there is no need to inform INS about this and if they issue an RFE we will respond accordingly. I took a second opinion from my ex-employers lawyer and she too told me the same thing. So I changed my job and has been around 7 months.
