I would like to have your opinion on my case. I have been working for my current employer for past 4 years. Labor approved - PD: Mar 2005 - EB3 - 140/485 pending - filing date Aug 2007. I am currently in H1B and didn't apply for EAD. Got 2 more years on my H1B.
In the mean time, I got an offer within the same company for a different position. Both the positions are within the same field. But titles are different. Is it safe to take the offer or would you recommend to stay with current job?
I heard that the change of job notification to CIS is just a request and not a requirement? Will CIS come back at any point and check for change of job?
