Did anyone have experience on changing jobs with pending I-485?
My I-140 was approved in July 2002 and my I-485 was submitted in August 2002. I have been working as a Research Scientist in a university at California since 2001. I accepted an offer as a Research Scientist in a local company and is going to work for the company using my EAD on 5/1/05.
Are there any negative effects of changing jobs on the approvement of I-485 under the same catalogy?
