My 1-140 was approved in September 2001 (EB2). Reciept date for my I-485 is November 9 2001, and I have fingerprinting next week. My question is, at what point can I change employer...??? I keep hearing about the so called 180 day rule...what exactly is this and what does the 180 day period relate to...180 days since I140 pproval, since I-485 filing, or since I485 approval...?
