My case got transferred to local office for an interview. I'm waiting for the interview letter. Mine is an Ac-21 case. After I-140 approval, I filed my I-485 and got laid off before 180 days. I have already changed employment twice. Last year, I have informed USCIS about my job change with AC-21 letter. Now, my client company offers me a permanent position with similar title/salary. Can I accept this offer? Or should i wait for the approval? Is it okay to change job while case is pending at local office? Do i need to inform about this job change/AC-21 one more time?
