Changing Jobs in 6th year.....

I am currently working for company A in california and my H1B visa is set to expire in January 2007. My company A had filed for my Labor certification with a priority date of August 2004. My company has received the 45-day letter and has responded with intent to continue.
Now here is the situation...

I want to change companies and work for company B in the same field. I plan to ask company B to file for my 7th year H1 extension based on pending LC in company A. But I guess if I want to continue working for new company B beyond the 7th year, they need to apply for an extension.. which means an LC has to be filed by company B with a priority date of 1 year before the expiration of my 7th year extension ( am I making sense?). So from what I can see, company B has to file for my LC before it applies for my H-1 extension??? if that is the case, would I now be able to get a 7th year H1 extension with company B (so that I can start working for the new company) based on LC filed with old company A, eventhough company B ALSO has filed in my LC???? (with 2 Labor certifications filed by two different companies.. which one to they look at in order to process the 7th year extension)..
Please let me know..

Also, if there is a better solution.. or the only way by which this would work for me, I'd highly appreciate if you'd let me know.

I haven't posted it twice.. the other posting was a suggestion to another guy's situation and I explored what is possible for him.. I still don't know what is possible or what will work in my situation (or his).. Please reply in this thread if you know the answer.. Thanks.

If the company B needs to file your 8th year H-1B, the employer needs a company A’s LC which has been on file more than 365 days. That Company A's LC must be live (not been revoked yet) at the time of your 8th year H-1B is filed.

what if my new company FIRST files for my LC.. and then transfers my H1 in the 7th year based on old LC with old company.. then I quit old company and join new company.. and then in the 8th year renewal.. the new LC would be 365 days old (because it was filed before H1 transfer)... would that work??? Please let me know. Thank you.
