I have a PD of Nov 2006 and my 140 is approved and my 485 has been pending for more than 180 days now. I am on my H1B and have 3 years remaining on it from Oct 2008. I just got the approval notice for the H1B renewal.
I just got a job offer from a different company in which I cannot use AC21 portability because of a difference in job description. I have to start the GC process all over again(i.e. at the labor stage). Is there a way for me to maintain my PD if the old employer decides to withdraw the 140.
What are my options. Any help will be appreciated.
