Changing jobs after labor approval for Green card processing

Hi

My labor processing for Green card has been completed under EB2.
i have applied for I140.
I want to shift to another company.
What will happen to my green card processing?
Can I keep my Labor processing and can the process be started by the other company from the I140 Process?
