Hi All,
This information might have already being discussed, but I wanted to make sure if any one has actually done it and was successful. My present situation is :
1. I140 approved EB3(RIR) March 2003.
2. Applied for 3 year extension after 6 years of H1B.
3. Have Masters and MBA prior to current job, but the current company position does not support EB2.
Question:
1. Can I apply for GC with another company, EB2 (same field) and wait until I140 is approved and switch H1B to another company without any problems? Has anyone in the past was successful in doing so.,Can I get my old PD while doing so?
2. Can I apply for some different position in the current company which is eligible for EB2 and restart my GC with new PD but not affet my H1B status.
