Changing Jobs AC-21 in 2 weeks (RD: 03/21/2002)

I have accepted another offer last week and moving to the new employer effective mid-October, 2003.

This is a job in the same classification as the LC and within 90% - 95% of the salary range.

I had been with my spomnsoring employer for 7 years and am leaving due to the fact I am getting a great job, with great benifits and oppurtunity.

Have spoken to the attorney and he has said I am fine with all steps I am taking. The sponsoring employer is also with me, and says will help in case I need any more help anyhow.

I do not have any questions. Just wanted to update the board as this board has given a lot of support all along.

yes I saw more March approvals, don't know mine yet, hopefully before I join in 2 weeks (but I doubt it)

I am changing job by 10/8/03. Salary is about 25% more than what specified in Labor. Work will be same. My present (going to be old in few days) company is taken over by another, Company name changed, salary gone down 30%. I Thought I am in no better position by sticking on to old company.
What are Imp steps we need to take?

Appu123, since you are a June filer and you are trying to change job in less than 180 days, you may face a problem in the following conditions:
a) RFE on your 485 in the next few months asking for pay stubs - which is impossible.
b) Your current employer revokes your 140. If you have good relations with your employer, make sure that he does not revoke 140.
