My current company A concurrently filed i140 and i485 in March, 2007.
both petitions are pending right now.
I recently got the academic offer from company B.
I am wondering that if I could change job if
1. my i140 is approved.
2. my i485 is pending for more than 180 days.
3. my job title in current company is research scientist, and new job is assistant professor. are these two jobs similar?
any suggestions for my situation?
