May somebody have ideas for the following situations. Your input is appreciated.
EB1-OS approved and 485 filed through company A. 2 months after filing 485, changed job to company B with new H1 visa.
(1) if not adjudicated in 180 days from I-485 filing, any problems down the road?
(2) if company A is still willing to provide \'intent of offer employment upon GC approval\' for future RFE, any problems down the road?
(3) if A will not provide any for possible RFE before 180 days. But I use company B\'s offer letter with same job description, if this will work? My own understanding is this would not work, but should work after 180 days.
any thoughts?
