Changing Job Title after getting green card.

My wife’s I485 is approved in July, 2007 and received green card. Since Jan 2004 she is working for this company as Member Staff. Now her manager is resigned, then the company asking her to take Manager Position.

Is there any impact on green card/citizenship if she changes her position (from Member Staff to Manager)? Please post your thoughts
