Hello Guys,
Its been more than an year and 3 months that i filed my I485 from California(CSC). I am about to be laid off and i have another offer in a different state where i can join immediately after i am laid off. Would i have to do anything with the INS like fill AC21 or any other forms? Hope to hear from you soon.
