I am a full time employee of employer A working on H1. I will be joining another company (employer B) on a full time H1. Employer A is not willing to let me go and hence would not issue me an experience certificate and would not endorse my letter of resignation. They are not willing to put me out of rolls either.
I want to start with employer B as soon as possible. Does anyone know of any legal implications if I start working for employer B without employer A formally relieving me.
One way that I can think of is to send my resignation letter by certified mail to employer A.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
