Changing Job in 8th yr ext while LC is pending

Please help me...
I am working for Employer A and my LC is pending with this employer for 3 yrs in the BEC and I don't see any chance of approval near soon..

I want to quite my job and go for another employer

Is it possible to get 8th year extension now from another employer B based on the pending labor of employer A.

If so, what are documents needed?
If not, what are my other options..

Why can’t if you have an LC filed 365 days ago and current pay stubs from the Company A and the Company B is willing to file an H-1B transfer on your behalf?
