Changing job during the I485 stage

My I140 is approved and its been 6 months since I applied for 485. I have an offer from another company (similar job description). Am I ok to take this offer.
Can the current employer cancel/revoke my greencard processing.
Any help on this is appreciated.

If it is a good offer, don't let it go! Grab it. I changed my job... had no problems. Got an RFE for Position,Salary and prospects of employment. Sent a letter and about 2 months later... approved. Just did my PP stamping yesterday.
