Changing Job after GC Approval

I have been reading threads on not to leave your sponsoring employer after at least till 6-12 months. I have the following questions:

1) What is the date of reference ? Is it the Date of Approval of 485 or the date when my passport was stamped ?

2) What are the possible scenarios when my GC can be in jeopardy if I decide to change job before 6 months. I believe I am not supposed to inform USCIS after job change.

3) "Leaving the employer NOT on good terms", can it affect my citizenship process in future ? Also, are there enough testimonies where the employer has informed USCIS of empoyee leaving the company and hence the problem.

Please advice

It doesn't matter when you leave/left employer, All hypothetical scenerios are applicable at any time.

Nobody has posted anything like that yet, its just one of speculations which has no evidence on this board yet. So Act accordingly.

can i go to SS office & request for new card after passport stamping or should i wait for physical GC?

In fact, I haven't done that yet. If anybody question me on the statement where says 'Employment Under INS Authorization', I'll just show them my GC/stamp as the 'Authorization'.
