Changing job after GC and effect on spouse application for citizenship

If I am planning to change my company after I get my GC. I know that I may have some questions to answer when I apply for my citizenship.

My question is if my spouse will also be questioned for this action of mine?

Another question, what happen's to my spouse's GC if mine is revoked for some reason?

Why don't you change jobs *before* you get your I-485 approved? That way you could use AC21 and still be OK at your citizenship.
 
I have excellent relations with my employer. I am not commiting any fraud. INS says that there should be an intent to hire this person. My company has the intent and I may as well stay with them.

My question is about my spouse, not about me and that too after 5 years.
