Some Info:
Currently in 6th yr of H1b, which will expire by Oct 2011
Labor approved for EB3. I 140 approved. Priority Date is Feb 2010.
Just got H1B extension approval notice - for 3 years.
I will be going to India in Oct-Nov 2011, so will get new H1B stamped (hopefully) there.
Question
1. Can anything prevent me from changing my job in 2012 i.e. after my new H1B visa is stamped with my current employer.
1.a Will I be restricted in the kind of job I look for?
2. Since my priority date is so late (Feb 2010), I am planning to start my Green Card process again with the new employer. I should be able to find an Employer who will file EB2 (since I know have solid 6 yrs of work experience in USA)
Will anything prevent me from filing in EB2 category, given that my past filing was under EB3 ?
