My I-140 is approved in 2001 Aug.
I have filed my I-485 in feb 2002 and it's been over 14 months(i.e >365days).
Now I got a full time position at the client site.
Can I change my employer? Do I need to inform INS regarding my new employer? If so, at what point of time should I inform INS?
Any other issues or problems please let me know.
Currently I am a consultant but my new job says Lead programmer analyst, but I am doing the same resposibilities with a good salary....any problems? I read somewhare regarding this and it says SAME/SIMILAR occupation as far is job title is concerned...Job title would be a problem? Any other issues?
