Changing imployer after 180 days and I140 approved

Can I change my imployer after my I 140 approved and 180 days from day of filing if the new job is temporary (contract 6 months renewable???)
What papers I have to submit to BCIS?
 
You can change jobs after I-140 is approved and also 180 days should be completed from the day I-485 was applied( RD/ND) ..

You should send new employement letter with the same skills as mentioned in your labor certification to avoid RFE when I-485 case is in approval stage..
