Hi All,

I have a job offer from a company and the company has applied for my H1 one month ago. In the meanwhile I got to know from my friends that the premium processing applications are given the first preference than that of the normal processing applications... is this true? if this is the case can I change my application from normal processing to premium processing? If I can then what is the procedure?

Thanks a lot for the help.

yes you can change your application from normal to premium .You have to pay $1000 extra for it and they will give a decision on your case in 15 calendar day (as long as there is no RFE for your case , incase there is any RFE the 15 days time stop till they receive your RFE reply and again 15 calendar days from that day). If within 15 calendar day they cannot decide on your case and there is no RFE they will return your 1000$ back .

your lawyer will be aware of the form to be sent to change your application from normal to premium.
