I had applied for I-485 & I changed to CP by applying I-824..
Now my I-824 has been approved & the voice mail says that packet-3
has been sent to my attorney.. Should NVC also send some info
to Chennai consluate for them to schedule my interview?
Can I just send in my Packet - 3 and will Chennai schedule the interview
or will they wait for some info from NVC?..
Any one who has gone thru this process please comment
