changing from Consular Processing to AOS

I have an approved I 140 and have applied for Consular Processing in Canada. My priority date is May 2003 eb 2rir, country of birth India. How do I change it to the AOS route. Is there a form that needs to be sent to NVC.

I have similar situation I have PR in CA and I-140 in USA
I have to wait 3 years for AOS
