changing f-2 to h-1

Hello everybody,
I am in USA with f-2 visa and i want to change it to h-1, but I don't know how? would you please guide me with this regard.

hi bejvani,if u want to change to H1b visa u have to apply for H1b in april for thisu have to have a sponsor with job offer.
