Dose switching employers to different jurisdiction of BCIS center will invoke a transfer of 485 petition to that BCIS center?

I did that I moved from VSC to TSC area. My new employer and Job both were in TSC area. No transfer happened to me.

There are so people in this forum with similar situation. No one knows real reasons transfers/ Service center transfers
 
I am in same situation. My 485 is pending in NSC and now I am accepting job in TSC. When I talked to lawyer, I was assured that NSC will not transfer my case to TSC unless my file is selected for interview or there is criminal record.
