I am planing to change my employer, I have applied my I-485 ten months back.

My question is

Is it true the salary also to be same as in my LC apart from my job title and job describtion

After reading scores of material related to this issue, my analysis is that nobody is absolutely sure on the salary part. The new BCIS AC21 memo does not mention any salary requirement/condition, making some to interpret that since it is not explicitly mentioned, BCIS would be more liberal on this issue.

The best thing is that you should consult an attorney for this since none of us want to give away the GC, especially after coming so far.
