Hi, I am currently under TN visa. But I really thinking of changing another job/employer. I am thinking of a plan that I should start applying a "new" TN(with new employer) thur mail first and wait(while stay in current job) until I got approved for the "new" TN visa. Is that a good plan?? and also what if they denied my "new" TN application, would they deleted my current TN status too? since my current visa is a lucky case according to other immigration lawyer that I have consulted with. Please help!!!
