I am currently working for an employer on OPT.. for the last 7 months.. my OPT is about to expire and I need to apply for extension soon..
I have another offer from a different company and its in the location I want and the job is something I want to do any cost.. The offer is about 50% less than that of the job I currently have..
is there any consequences if I take a job for less $ amount at the time of OPT extension.. (the first offer letter i submitted to get the OPT approved indicated the higher pay amount) If I submit the new offer letter with the less pay amount will i get questioned as to why?
is there a minimum pay condition for OPT (or OPT extension?)
