Changing employer once Labor is cleared

Hi
I'm currently working for company A,who has filed for my Labor in DE,and am currently one month away from my date filed,so expecting that to clear in the next couple of months.

I might get an offer from another company B,which is more stable and better and wanted to find out how it would work if i were to change companies say once my labor is approved, and continue I-140 and 485 through them,as future employment.
I have a pretty good relationship with company A,and have already made them enough money, and they are known to me,so would it legally be possible and OK to keep my process going with them, and shift employers.
Or can i maybe complete the process with company B?

Thanks in advance for the help.
Regards,
Sam6

I would say continue with company A on GC process. GC is for future job so you can leave A and join again later.

And if you can get it done thru B - nothing like it. Go for two processings.

Even if Co. A agrees

to continue, are there any risks that we should consider here? I am told that, when you work with a Co. and then file a GC it is easier to justify your need to the Co. and importantly their ability to pay the salary, since they are already paying you. If it is for future employment apparently USICS looks at takes a conservative approach and the Co.s financials should be strong (have income/profit few times more than the salary) !!!

Does this argument/opinion make any sense..?

Thanks,

Once you get the GC do you really need to work for the company which sponsored or does that not really matter?
Thanks
