My friend's Green card is under process in USA and is expected any time now. He has however been on BENCH with his employer since 6 months. He is paid only 50% of his salary during Bench, and may even be paid nothing at any time. He is getting many job opportunities from other sources. He is afraid to change the job as his Green card is in process.Can anyone advice on this?
His I-485 RD is Jan 30th 2001.
Can he change job with his EAD, even though his Green Card is yet to come. (It's more than 1 yr since he got his EAD, he has already renewed it once)
