I labor certification was filed from my current employer 3 years back.
Its still pending and i am having another offer. If I switch right now, my employer has no problems with continuing the GC process.
Can anyone tell me what needs to be done on my employers part to do so?
Ours is a small company with just 2 employees!!!
But how much revenues, if any , he needs to show???
