***Changing employer before Approval***

My I-485 RFE was responded by my lawyer on Oct 26th with employment verification letter from my previous employer who had originally filed for my LC/I140/GC, in the meanwhile I got a perm offer with similar job description, I used my EAD to change over to the new company.

My questions are:

1) What if my I485 is approved? how do I proceed, do I need intimate or send AC21 letter to USCIS about my change in employer?

2) Will this cause problems at the time of citizenship? Biographic information form? do I need to explain now or later? who do I do? are there chances that GC can be revoked or I not considered for citizenship?

Please advice.

Thanks,
Rose.

Not knowing the details of your case and assuming that your 485 is still pending for 6 months or more with an approved 140 you should be fine. Please use AC21. (That's my opinion form the info I have gathered in this forum and elsewhere)
