Does anyone have any experience with this scenario? Does this cause any problems?

Your asking a question nobody knows answer for it.

I would say you are fine but who will predict BCIS.
 
Even after transfered to local office you are fine. Because you passed 180 days mark.

Make sure job description fits with one filed.

I have seen you sent RFE 3 weeks back. I think you better call NCSC to send a enquiry to VSC.
