Changing employer after RFE

My RD is 19thSep, 2001

RFE issued on 9th Dec2002 for employment letter and 6 pay stubs.

RFE reply reached INS on 19th Dec,2002.

Now the client wants to me to go full time.

Apppreciate your advice.

same case here..

except that I changed after 10 months on 485 and replied RFE from new employer and now my present client wants to me join full time. I think we should be okay. We should get a letter from the current employer stating that we have to join the client full time as per the employer contract with the client. This will make the case stronger.
