Changing Employer after receiving RFE on EVL

Hello Friends,
My Employer may or may not give the employment letter in the case of EVL RFE. If he provides, I am safe. If not, can I change the employer after getting RFE and give the employment letter from the new employer? Please answer.

if your i-140 is approved and if it has been more than 180 days since the filing of i-485 then you can invoke Ac21 and yes you can submit the EVL from new employer...

innsc, your case is a typical AC21 on pending I140. This is a gray area and people are debating if uscis will approve it altough I personally think the chance is high.
