Changing employer after 180 days

Please give your ideas.
I have got full time offer where i am working now as a consultant for the last 9months. My RD is sep 10 2002 and ND is Nov 09 2002. I have got EAD on dec 01 and next week i have my FP. I have to become a full time employee from March 25th 2002.

Here is list of questions I have?
1. Do I need to inform to INS about changing the employer?
2. What are the documents do i need to collect from my old employer?
3. My employer is OK with my new job.
4. Generally when the INS send RFE to employer about employment letter.
5. Is employment verification is compulsary for all Green Card approvals?

I am changing this job becasue of the job market. I don\'t have any problems with my current employer. Already my employer knows about this.

Please help me.

dont tell INS anything that they did not ask for

You dont have to do anything now. Just change. If and when INS asks for employer letter , send one from your new employer. your job responsibilities must be similar to those in old job.

Consult your attorney before changing for accurate information and suggestions.
