Hi Everyone,

I applied for I/140 and I 485 on March 5th, 2003, Concurrent Filing.

Now my project is getting over, and planning to change to another employer. My I140 got approved sometime in June 2003.

Do I have to inform BCIS regarding the job change.

My Sponsored employer is a consulting company, with 40 people. And new employer planning to switch also a consulting company, but I am getting a better pay, and peace of mind. Let me know your ideas.

Laid off 10 days after filing I-485 and I-140 pending. I-140 approved almost 9 months after layoff without RFE. Informed about job change 14 months after of layoff.
Got approval Jan without RFE.

Need not have to inform now. If you feel you can do later when feel stabilized.
