Changing Emloyer after 180 days..Help needed..Urgent please

Hi,

Now,I am with company X (old).Company X processed my GC.
My 485 is filed in May 2003 after my I-140 approval(solo).
Now company Y (new) is offering me a permanent Job.

Now please help on the following..

1. Can I switch employer now..

2. If I swicth employer, will there be any problem with the Emloyer X(old)? Is it safe?
Are there any potential problems from Company X?

3.New company Y (new) is offering a title "Senior Programmer Analyst" as against "Programmer Analyst"(in the labor filed by the Company X..)
Is there any risk because of this?

4.new Employer "Company Y" is in different geographical area.. are there any implicatios because of this?

5. What precautions DO I need to take while getting an offer letter from the new employer Y
if in case switch is safe?

2. No - even if they try to hurt you. Only problem is that BCIS is incompetent and can screw up a legitimate application
3. No, it is the same job title. Sr., Jr. etc. are prefixes to the title
4. Nope - the LC is "portable" under AC21
5. Get the offer letter, talk to your atty and draft a sample EVL from Y as if you are replying to a standard AC21 RFE. Ask Y if they will draft such a EVL. If the atty is convinced that there is no risk or very low risk then go ahead.

I personally feel you will be fine

Certification (Form ETA 750) and an Immigrant
Petition for Alien Worker
(Form I-140) have been approved. As such, his
duties will be as follows.
(Mention the responsibilities or Job Description).

usage of AC-21 after vacation??

Hi,

In my case,there is gap of 2 to 3 months between the date of joining the new employer and the last day of work in my last project(with old employer).

In this 2 months period I was on vacation without pay. So I did not get any pay stubs.

Now If I join a new employer on AC-21(assuming that I satisfy all the conditions of AC21), are there any problems from INS?

Do I need to get releiving letter from the old employer?

Are there any particular areas I need to be careful?

Please reply me with the details...
