HI Everyone,
I have a query regarding changing companies
(1) Iam presently working for company A and they have filed my I-140
(2) Meanwhile i got a good offer from company B which i cant pass by
So even if i change to company B , Company A still wishes to continue my green card.
Now my doubt is whether we can work for a company when other comapany continues the process the green card?
And during I - 485 stage , if i pass the 180 days limit with the old company can i shift to the company which i would be working at that time and use the AC21 portability?
Should the tiltle of the job be same at both the companies if we want to use the labor?
Please any information regarding any of my queries is highly appreciated..
