I would like to know if there is a possibility to change the beneficiary after the 45 day letter has already been sent.
Here is the situation. I have a labor pending from Company A. The 45 day letter was signed and sent in Feb of 2005.
Currently, my wife happens to work for the same company. Can I change the beneficiary of the LC filed in behalf to her? (We have similar skill sets)
Initial plan was to substitute the labor. However, with clouds of uncertainity around the substitution, I would like to gauge my possibilities.
