 Hi I am new to this forum , but after going through the forum for some time i am confortable that i can post my question.
I recently moved to a new job and locaton using AC21 , even though i didnt file any required documentation informing the INS about AC21 usage. With the new company (a fortune 20) company they have a standard way of dealing with employes using AC21 and the main consideration is that we have to go through their attorney firm to get the EAD , AP renewals and everything from here on wards.
Do you think sending a new G28 form (Notice of representation)
with the EAD and AP renewal will raise any issues or could make my case to be moved to the local office etc....(all the heartburn stress). ALso i used a Approved labor. My 140 was filed in dec and approved in april and 485 and ead /AP filed on jan20 and received EAD in June.

I would like to know the issues and then check if i have a way to continue with my old attorney.

Please let me know your experinces and suggestions in regards to this scenario.

Thanks

1. EAD and AP renewlas are independent of your 485. So G-28 etc on this should not effect your 485.
2. Some cases get transferred and others not with or without AC21. There is no known pattern.
3. You need employment letter for AC21 form your employer. If your employer is ready to provide it to your current attorney you are OK, else.... However AC21 does not necessarily have to be done upfront and it does not have a timeframe- so wait for RFE etc and respond accordingly. You may even get approved without RFE- not at all uncommon.
