Hi,
I remember there was a memo from INS/Homeland Security couple of months ago that required all non-US Citizens i.e. visa + GC holders to inform INS about their change of address. Can someone please tell me what form(s) need to be filled out and what information, if any, needs to be sent along with it and where?

Also, do I need to fill out separate set of form(s) for my spouse?

search for forms...i think it is called AR-11..be sure to choose the correct version for the correct service center. The form has all the information..you have to send one form for each person usually within 10 days of moving.
