Changing address!

I am in planning to move to Washington State and wondering after I change the address, does USCIS will transfer my file from VSC to NSC?

Any one has the same experience please response.

I am already fed up of all this complication.

There is no written rule that the file gets transferred with move. I've seen a couple of postings here, who were approved by VSC even after they moved out of VSC jurisdiction.

Does it really matter?

As it is stupid VSC is not doing anything with our cases. Hopefully things will only improve if case is moved to CSC, cannot get much worse.

My lawyer said not to move preferably but then she is taking the more conservative view.
