Changing address (different service center) with AC21

I'm thinking about exercising AC21 and it may require me to move to a different state to take the new employment. (Chicago (nebraska) to Philly (vermont)). WIll my case be transferred to vermont if I make the change. I have seen cases where people have moved across service centers and their case doesnt move. Has anyone done this before? If yes, will it cause any problem/delay.

I moved into new apt while my I-485 is pending,
I mailed AR-11 but never called 800# to update my
address on file,
by doing so, I feared they might transfer my I-485 application
to local office or they can send an RFE

to avoid all this mess, I maintained both the addresses old and new,
and it costed $5K more for this, luckily, my I-485 applic.
was approved with in 5 months of my moving with out an RFE

like sb_tiger said anything can happen, so its upto you to make a call
