Hi
I got i140 approved in EB1-OR and had filed for i485 subsequently. I kater got approved in EB2 NIW. I wrote a letter to USCIS to consider my application (485 ) to consider it for the later approved EB2 NIW. I never got acknowledgement if they did this or not.
Looking back since PD for EB1 is current. Can I ask them to move it back to consider for EB1?
