I changed my job to another state with the same employee before 180 days after filing I-140 and I-485. I-140 is still pending. My labor certificate is filed in my old job state. How will this affect my status. Job is similar and pay is a little bit higher.

Thank you!

I hope you meant same employer.
In any case for all practical purposes change of state should not matter. Some lawyers file LC- indicating transaferable to any branch- your lawayer may (or may not) have done that-> doing that makes it even easier.
GC is future job- so transient changes do not matter for all practical purposes.

Thank you!

Thank you sb_tiger.

Yes, my mistake, it's should be with the same employer. :)
Only thought of myself.

You answer lift a big burden for me. I only realized this problem yesterday. Make me so nervous! Now I should be able to sleep better.

So even my company's headquarter is different from the LC and I changed job to another location with the same employer, I should be fine!

Thanks again!

Even though the LC may say single location. But with AC21 and also GC is future job- the location sort of becomes irrelavent. Either you can claim you have changed jobs with AC21 or it is assumed that you would join the employer at the LC location after GC. In both cases your GC goes through. Nobody bothers with anything after GC. Sort of may sound counter intutive in some ways but the reality is that is the way it is working.
